This workshop focuses on helping children better understand emotions, recognise body signals and develop practical calming strategies. Through age-appropriate activities, stories, visuals and guided exercises, children are supported to explore feelings such as frustration, worry, excitement and anger in a safe and positive way.
The goal of the session is to give children simple tools they can begin using in everyday situations, including at home, school or during social activities. Parents and carers may also receive practical tips to help reinforce emotional regulation strategies outside the workshop.
